GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

Conditions of guarantee

According to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16th, which approved the consolidated text of the General Consumer Protection Law and Consumers, RALDA & FRIENDS SL guarantees that any product purchased from the RALDA & FRIENDS online shop (http://www.raldafriends.com) will be free from production or material defects at the time of sale and for a period of two years after the delivery date (note: if marked on the product this may be longer).

RALDA & FRIENDS SL (henceforth referred to as RALDA & FRIENDS) will be responsible for, and cover any related costs arising from any defects that become apparent during the guarantee period, as long as this is caused by a defect in the production of the raw material of the purchased product. RALDA & FRIENDS will repair or replace it if feasible, otherwise they will refund the purchase cost.

Conditions of Return

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 15 days of the date you receive it, as long as it is in perfect condition, has not been altered or changed in any way, is in its original packaging, including any instructions or accessories, and you provide the sales receipt. In accordance with article 101 of the General Consumer Protection Law, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Once we have received the product at our warehouses (the address can be found at the bottom of all of the online shop pages), and after we have checked what condition it is in, RALDA & FRIENDS will refund the corresponding amount.

Information about personal data protection

In relation to what is stated in the Organic Data Protection Law we hereby inform you that any personal data that you provide in order to make a claim under the guarantee or request refund will only be used to process the refund and will then be deleted.
